RETURN POLICY 

BABETTE BROWN COLLECTION orders are accepted for refund or exchange, except promotional code and sale items.

READY TO WEAR SHOP  Items are accepted for refund or exchange, except promotional code and sale items.

BABETTE BROWN COUTURE items are accepted for exchange or store credit only except promotional code and sale items.

All promotional code/flash/sale items are final sale. Final sale items are not returnable/exchangeable.

Eligible items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your product. Items must be in new, unused, and salable condition with all tags attached. Deodorant/makeup stains cannot be accepted.

You must submit a returns request to BB@CANDIEDVIOLETS.COM. We will provide you with our return mailing address, and confirm whether an exchange/store credit or refund is approved. Please include your order number when e-mailing. We endeavor to respond within 24 hours (weekdays).

There is no restocking fee. Return shipping to be paid by customer.

Incorrectly/defective shipped items must be claimed within 7 days of receiving your product in order to ensure proper handling.

Store credits expire 30 days from issue date.

Once a refund has been given, please allow 2-3 business days, or up to one full billing cycle for your refund to reflect in your bank statements.

Items returned without authorization will be disposed of without credit being issued or freight being reimbursed.
